Troy De Bruin, Pastor
Troy has nearly 20 years of ministry experience in the PCA, having served 5 years at Trinity PCA in Harrisburg and 13 years at Westminster PCA in Lancaster. He earned his B.S. from Lancaster Bible College and M.Div from Biblical Seminary. Troy and Amy have been married 23 years and have six children, Alayna, Molly, Luke, Lydia, Ella, and Anthony.
Andy Styer, Pastoral Intern
Andy came under the care of the Susquehanna Valley Presbytery in September of 2014 as a possible candidate for ordination in the PCA, and was licensed to preach by the presbytery in May of 2017. Prior to serving at Proclamation, he served with Troy as a member of the volunteer youth staff at Westminster PCA. Andy graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a B.S. in Bible in May of 2014 and is currently working on his M-Div through LAMP Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wife Heidi for 11 years. They have three children, Geneva, Anna, and Paul-Augustine.
Heidi Styer, Administrative Assistant
Heidi served for 8 years as an administrative assistant at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Lancaster before joining the staff part time at Proclamation in 2014. Apart from her normal office duties, Heidi is a gifted artist and graphic designer, and her work can be seen regularly on Proclamation's posters and fliers.
Seth Dunn, Chaplain
Seth earned his B.A. from Geneva College and his M.Div from Westminster Theological Seminary. He served as an intern at Faith Presbyterian Church for three years before becoming ordained in May 2017. Seth serves in the army reserves as First Lieutenant. Seth is pursuing two years of pastoral experience as a prerequisite for full-time active duty service. Seth and Lauren were happily married in June 2017.
Lauren Dunn, Director of Connections and Administration
Lauren earned her B.S. in Bible and elementary education from Cairn University and her M.A.R. from Westminster Theological Seminary. Lauren joined the Proclamation staff part-time in January 2018.
